The fortress Monte Grosso, old military ruins from the Austro-Hungarian empire, was a perfect place-to-go on my latest pre-wedding shooting. Andreja and Uroš love spending their free time walking by the sea and exploring old architecture, and they took me there for the first time.
Well actually, the first plan was to go on shooting somewhere by the sea, just to capture their spontaneous walk, but when we got in Štinjan`s bay, Uros suggested to take a look on the fortress at the top of the hill. So the mini adventure started, It was a quite long walk uphill but totally worthed, we went to the fort roof where we had a majestic view of Brijuni island and Pula bay.
We had a really nice time in this 2-hour walk, and It was a pleasure to go for a drink afterward and have a relaxed chat about everything, not necessary just about weddings. I am definitely one extremely lucky wedding photographer when I have a chance to meet and hang up with such great people, from one wedding to another. It will be a huge honor to capture Andreja and Uroš wedding starting this Saturday. In meanwhile, enjoy their engagement session photos and if you have a chance, visit this beautiful place, you won’t regret, I promise.
